We provide greater access to quality dental care; benefits equal to or better than most dental insurance plans offered! Plan ranges from single coverage, a married couple and family plan. “OUR PLAN” is not dental insurance. “OUR PLAN” is a discount dental program and offered only at SmileCare of Oregon, LLC. “OUR PLAN” cannot be used in combination with any other discount plan, insurance or supplemental plan. Your membership cannot be transferred or shared and must be used solely by that individual. Members will receive discounted services offered by SmileCare of Oregon, LLC. Does not include any specialty offices or referrals to a dental specialist.
